2014 Awards and 2015 General Information Meeting

Ventura raceway will hold its 2014 Awards and 2015 General Information Meeting on Saturday January 31, 2015 in the McBride Building at the Ventura County Fairgrounds. This is the same building as last year. Tentative Format will be as follows:

10 - 11:30 Registration

11:30 - 12:15 General Meeting and Rules Information

12:15 - 3:00 2014 Awards Ceremony

RULE CHANGES:

Right now we are not looking at any major changes in any class, but a couple to be aware of are: Transponders will be mandatory on the IMCA Modifieds. Seat Belts must meet age rules. Helmets must meet Snell age requirements. This will be the last year 2005 helmets without damage will be ok. If you are getting a new helmet be sure to have it meet 2010 requirements.

I would like to thank all of the dwarf family for your concern, love and support in loosing my wife and soul mate . It was so unexpected, her brother Don and I have good days and bad. You all have helped in the start of the healing process. Just don't forget that she'll be up in the tower scoring you, so whatever you do don't try and cheat. Again thank you for everything.

THERE WILL BE A MEMORIAL SERVICE ON JANUARY 24,2015 AT IVY LAWN MEMORIAL PARK IN THE CHAPEL AT 1:00PM. There will be a gathering to talk about your experiences with Cindy. 5400 Valentine Rd.
